I Was 64

Postby Mike Stranks » Wed Oct 29, 2014 10:13 am

... last Saturday...

Sorry I couldn't invite you ALL to the party, but I had 64 years of memories to fit in!

For those who might be interested here's a link to the photos from the day (you'll probably recognise one or two people - including m'lord Meredith who was there in his role as "Mike's Honorary Roadie"):

Cheers!

Wanted to be there, and could have done a duet with the Burley.

Looks like you had a great time.

Love from us both.

I apologise sincerely to those of a sensitive nature for any alarm and distress caused by the appearance of my image — this was completely beyond my control.

Mike,

It was both a pleasure and a privilege to attend and be a part of the celebrations for your special day.

May you candle of life burn slowly my friend.

Keith.

A very Happy Birthday to you Keith!

It looks like you had a great time. I love that jacket!

All the Best,

PS Coincidently I am off to see the composer of "When I'm Sixty Four" in concert tonight.

Belated birthday wishes Mike. You don't look a day over 63.
Great pictures too.
Be well
See you at a concert soon

Happy birthday Mike. Hmmmmm... "When I'm 64"... That would be a good name for a tune. Someone should write that... ;-)
