I have to say I'm with Roger in the troubadour version of Down the River - it is just such a lovely piece and one of my favourites. It also has cost me more top E strings than any other in my history of guitar playing...not because it is tuned high but because it is tuned low! It seems that on my Fender La Brea (which I no longer have) lowing the pitch of this string put it under metal fatigue so that tuning up again after a couple of times tuning down caused the string to break.

Thankfully that doesn't seem to happen with my GG Signature.

Ill have to listen to that version.

Some of the parts I've linked up won't work in certain countries. This concerns the listeners in the USA.(Dreadfully sorry about that!)
That's because I went over some limit restrictions. If I hadn't then it would of played.

I'll try and fix this. If it still won't play in other countries I haven't stated then please do drop me a message and I will do the best I can to get it working. It might involve me changing a few artists to lower the restrictions.

Great news to those in the USA that had trouble listening on Mixcloud!

I've sorted out the problems that were preventing listeners from your country from playing the shows on Mixcloud. I've altered the track listings and have tweaked the artist titles so the shows should now be playing correctly.

Morning all.

Sorry I haven't been here lately, been rather busy.

I've just been listening to the third special out of a possible 5.... yep I've done 5 specials. Three specials from my radio station plus two for a local radio station. Might see if I can put all 5 together.... but that might affect some listeners if I end up adding a track list.

Fourth part on the way which will be my 6th special!

Thanks for all the kind compliments in regards to my GG shows. I might put them all together including the GG specials I did for Salford City Radio (a local radio station near me). It might take me a while to put together though.

Just a heads up to say that there will be a long delay if I have to make another special. Had to reset my laptop yesterday and it wiped off my GG specials oh well, I'd better restore some GG music and I'll get back to re-doing the specials.
