Gordon playing Loren

Hi Gordon dont know if you follow Ralph Mctell on twitter but the last tweet he did carriies a link to a bbc4 site which has film of you playing at Berts tribute gig and an interview. Wont play on my phone so need to find a laptop. Thought you and other forum members would be interested.

Thanks ever so much for sending this.Made me feel a tad better I must say,although my performance wasn't perfect it came across OK as did the interview.

Hi Gordon,glad you found it, I am glad too, as I really wanted to see the footage. You did everyone proud..The interview came accross as eloquent,was there much more as they cut it short?

Good to see you made the encore Gordon as well as some shots behind Wizz Jones who along with Ralph Mctell were the only stand outs for me.
While I would not doubt the abilities of those artists involved I would have thought your work was more relevant especially as it was the only original piece.
Glad I did not attend now as I realized it was Berts interpretations that I was drawn to but I already knew this really.

I agree with you - Wizz in particular played as if he meant it. I also enjoyed "Blues Run the Game" by Martin Simpson.
