CHRISTMAS MESSAGE

Postby GORDON » Fri Dec 19, 2014 6:21 pm

Hello to all my dear friends who have "kept the faith" throughout this year and
have bought albums, attended gigs and generally just been there to support this
Troubadour.

It is ALWAYS a joy to see familiar faces at concerts and to be honest I find it
quite touching that after all my years in the business folk still want to
support the shows.

Hilary and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts and truly wish you and your
loved ones a wonderful Christmas and a healthy new year.

Hope we see your shining faces at concerts in 2015.

Be well.

Gordon,

Could only get to one of your gigs this year, but boy was it a good one - the R&L full band at Poole, complete with special guest John Wetton :D

Hope to catch up with you and Hilary next year and also get to a few more gigs.

Best to you both for Xmas and 2015, and of course best wishes to all forum members for the festive season!

Roger & Em x

It's been a year of significant changes for me and I can say that you and your music have helped me throughout.

Anna's and my relocation to Somerset is under way and we'll be travelling down to our new life on 29th December. We plan to be at the Four Parts Guitar gig you are doing in Somerset in April plus other events within reach as the opportunities arise.

Thanks again for what you did with the GG Signature. I am loving playing it :D and with a little regular practice in the mornings (even only 15 minutes) with the nylon string as well I am working back to where I was from a technique perspective and maybe heading back to taking another Grade at some point.

Anna, Ges, Linda, Peter and I wish you, Hilary and your family a wonderful Christmas and we look forward to catching up with you in the new year.

Happy Holidays Gordon, Hilary, Sue and all the GG forum members!

A Midnight Clear is a traditional part of our Christmas, particularly I Saw Three Ships which is Ethan's favorite. My wife Shannon even downloaded her own copy this morning.

Gordon, you shine a light into peoples lives and that is a great gift. Long may it continue.

Best wishes to everyone for a happy and healthy 2015.

All the Best,

Roger, Shannon, Austin and Ethan

Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy New Year to you both.

Look forward to seeing you on the Island again soon, and we will find a quieter place to wind down afterwards, promise.

Love
Colin & Jill xx

p.s. The Ventnor Winter Gardens have re-opened as a venue again after 3 years :D

Hello dear both.

It was truly lovely to see you both and even though that bar was REALLY noisy it was sort of fun.

I hope to be back sometime, and hopefully see you you then.

Be well and merry CHRISTMAS..

G.xxxx
