Gordon, I read on your news page that you had hopes of doing a Shining morn show in Symphony or Town Hall, Bham. Personally, I think Town Hall is just the perfect place - first time ever I saw you perform was there in 2008, I think...and a pretty full house, wasn't it? I look forward to it happening.
Wondered if you had thought about the recently reopened Midland Arts Centre as a possible venue for a gig before then? The theatre is obviously much smaller but maybe it would attract some people who are MAC 'regulars' but not so familiar with your music. If you did hook some new fans they might well be more likely to attend a concert at a larger venue in town.

I haven't played the MAC in yonks...would be lovely if they booked me!

The Town Hall is lovely but doesn't have a stereo PA system that I need for all my fancy sounds, and hiring in could be expensive BUT well worth the thought.
