In the beginning it was Wakefield

The beautiful Grade 2 listed and newly renovated Theatre Royal building in Wakefield was a great venue for the opening concert in the Shining Morn Tour. Gordon played this now familiar set, demonstrating his skill and dexterity as the audience were wowed by tunes old and new. The backdrop displayed fascinating and sometimes humorous slides including a very young Gordon in front of “his” stately home in Greenwich!
As always Gordon’s music didn’t disappoint, the music was fabulous, the audience were spellbound and Gordon left the stage to a standing ovation –a great start to the tour!!!

Be well Gordon, thanks for a great night - enjoy the tour!
