The Rose Theatre Kidderminster

We both enjoyed our third visit to see Gordon at The Rose Theatre in Kidderminster, “on stage” was the wonderful, fan fretted, 12 string Fylde (Maddie goes west and Ives Horizon) Gordon’s new hollow bodied electric guitar which has replaced the Variax (Dodo’s Dream) and his new replacement for his “car boot guitar” which took Appalachian Dreaming onto another level. Unusually Gordon opened the set with Shining Morn’ the title of his new CD to be issued in 2010, as usual a warm welcome and a great concert with many of our favourites, well received by everyone, even a drummer! Thanks for a great night and a big thank you to everyone involved.

It was our first time seeing Gordon, we were taken aback at how friendly Gordon is on stage! it's like you become part of the family, He even made himself available in the interval to chat and sign CD's, loved every minute, Thank You Gordon, oh and Good Luck for your evening at Evesham on Saturday, John and Lin,

( the guy who asked about your Avalon Guitar!!!!) Oopppss
