Great gig at Forest Arts in New Milton last night. Gordon was on top form in front of a full house which was great to see - fantastic!

I quite agree. I was there too as I have been on several of Gordon's past visits - including the Gordon / Oliver Wakeman visit last year and (several years ago now) when Gordon was accompanied by an electric piano playing young assistant whose name I shamefully have forgotten. It is what anyone would describe as an intimate venue with the performer's chair and guitar selection facing probably around 100 tiered seats. Always a full house of what I think Gordon would describe as "players and non-players" who listen intently and applaud warmly - one man in particular seemed to like Gordon's faster pieces, giving his own form of vocal comment!
